Meet Dr. Marc H. Neiberg, D.O. – Internal Medicine

Wellspring Health Services is proud to welcome Dr. Marc H. Neiberg, D.O., a distinguished Internal Medicine physician and former U.S. Air Force Lieutenant Colonel, to our growing team of providers dedicated to expanding access to high-quality, compassionate healthcare in our community.

Dr. Neiberg brings over three decades of experience in internal medicine, aerospace medicine, and public health leadership. His career spans service as Medical Director of Flight Medicine, Chief of Aerospace Medicine, and Public Health Emergency Officer in the United States Air Force, where he provided medical direction for complex health operations and earned the Air Force Meritorious and Achievement Medals. In addition, he has served the Veterans Administration Medical Center and previously maintained a private internal medicine practice in Pennsylvania, where he also educated future clinicians as a professor and preceptor for institutions such as the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Drexel University, and Rosemont College.

A lifelong advocate for excellence in patient care, Dr. Neiberg’s approach to medicine reflects deep pride in his profession and unwavering dedication to his patients. His broad clinical expertise and research background—including directing multiple Phase II–IV pharmaceutical trials—underscore his commitment to advancing healthcare outcomes through both innovation and personal connection.

Now relocating from his longtime home in Pennsylvania to Culpeper, Virginia, Dr. Neiberg is thrilled to join Wellspring Health Services, an organization deeply rooted in community wellness and patient-centered care. He looks forward to immersing himself in the Culpeper community and contributing to Wellspring’s mission of providing comprehensive, accessible, and compassionate care to every individual.

Dr. Neiberg will begin seeing new patients on October 20, 2025. His addition to the Wellspring Health Services team represents another step in our ongoing effort to ensure that the residents of Culpeper and surrounding areas have access to the very best in medical expertise and personal, neighborly care.
