Wellspring Family Practice & Specialty Clinic in Culpeper, VA is seeking a full-time experienced APP (Nurse practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our practice
​
Responsible for providing family practice services, including assessment and management of patients across all clinical settings. Ability to see newborn-adulthood patients.

Works with the medical director, administrative management, nursing and other team members to facilitate the care and management of the patient.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education: Graduate of an accredited graduate school of nursing or physician assistant program with a master’s degree.
Licensure: License as an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required

Registered Dietician
Wellspring is seeking an enthusiastic individual who would like to provide their services alongside our team of providers.
​
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments to determine nutritional needs and develop individualized diet plans
- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and their families
- Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust diet plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure dietary goals are met
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
- Provide health coaching to promote healthy lifestyle choices

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification
- Experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- Knowledge of alimentation, tube feeding, and other specialized diets
- Strong understanding of human physiology and its relationship to nutrition
- Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret lab results
